Amy Lynn Fern Watkins

Amy Lynn Fern Watkins, 32, of Magnolia, North Carolina passed away on March 24, 2021. She was born to parents, Kelly Zornes and Danny Fern, on August 30, 1988 in Elko, Nevada.
Amy graduated from Elko High School in 2006. She loved being a cheerleader for her entire high school career and was honored as a Home Coming Queen Runner Up in 2005. She worked as a PCA for Gardens of Rose Hill. She was loved by co-workers and residents alike. Amy loved helping her fellow staff members and her residents filled her heart with joy.
She found joy in helping those around her, especially her many friends. She loved the beach and decorating her house, making it a home. Amy's body was her canvas featuring gorgeous tattoos of her passions and loved ones. Her love of shoes was apparent with her Vans collection, always looking so stylish. Amy was always happy with a contagious laugh and smile. She was a bright light, loved by all.
The center and most important part of Amy's life were her three children; Landen Kelly Watkins, Audrina Rae Watkins, and Lexi Grace Watkins. They were all very active outdoors, playing with the dogs and riding bikes. She loved celebrating them with birthday parties and holiday fun. She loved attending sporting events and cheered her babies on.
Amy is survived by her children; Landen, Audrina, and Lexi Watkins; mama, Kelly (Dave) Zornes; stepfather, Dan (Autumn) Hansen; auntie, Lacie (Steve) Stephenson; aunt, Tyree (Rick) Couts; stepmother, Lynn Fern; siblings, Joe Burke, Shane (Sarah) Fern, Travis (Natalie) Fern, Mercedes Hansen; grandmothers, Beverly (Gary) Young, Pat Jung Lamoureux; step grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Fern.
Amy's Celebration of Life will be held May 15, 2021 at the Stockman's Show Lounge from 2-4 PM.
