Dennis Lynn Hall

Dennis Lynn Hall, 58, of Akeley, MN, formerly of Spring Creek, NV died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 at his home after a long battle with cancer. Dennis was born June 24, 1952 in Rock Springs, Wyo. the son of Darrel Lee and Dorcas (Meeds) Hall. He grew up in Wyoming. He worked 22 years for Newmont Gold in Carlin, NV. He married Jane Marie Krotzer on May 7, 2001. Dennis was a man of Christian faith. He enjoyed hunting elk, fishing, watching cooking shows and spending time on the computer. He will be remembered as a loving father and husband, and he will be missed deeply. He is survived by his wife, Jane M. Hall of Minnesota; daughter, Tori (Scott) Bailey of Wyoming; son, Dennis Lynn Hall, II of Wyoming; several step-children; brother, Gary (Bonnie) Hall of Wyoming; sister, Jackie (Brian) Watson of Arizona; several brother-in-laws and sister-in -laws, grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service was held on Jan. 29, at the Cease Family Funeral Home Chapel in Nevis, MN. Dennis's family requests than in lieu of flowers, a donation be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital Foundation.
