Terri Jim

1973 - 2025

Terri passed away unexpectedly on October 6, 2025. Terri was born in Elko, NV, September 6, 1973, to Calvin and Leta Jim. Terri lived her life how she wanted she was always happy. She enjoyed bowling with her family on the Coffee Mug team at Telescope Lanes. She played softball in her earlier years. Terri enjoyed her work at BLM as a driver, timekeeper, during many fire seasons. She often talked about all the fun she had driving around the country and all her many adventures; she loved her adventures. Terri worked at Te-Moak Tribe as the Finance Director. She worked many years with her favorite Auntie Pat. You could always hear them yelling at each other from down the hall and laughing when they couldn't hear what the other one said.

She loved it when company was over, they gave her quality time and good laughs. Terri always had her loyal companion C.B. nearby wherever you saw Terri C.B. was not far behind. Terri loved having her grandbabies, son-in-law, and her "favorite" daughter close by. She loved to laugh and have fun it was rare she was not happy. She loved and cared for others so much. We loved her honesty, sarcastic remarks, and all the love she shared.

Terri is preceded in death by her mother Leta, her brother Calvin, her maternal grandparents Hugh and Neva Stevens her paternal grandparents Charlotte Oppenhein and Isaac Jim, and several aunts and uncles. Terri is survived by her daughter Kendra (Josiah) Allen, her grandchildren Davyen, Josiah, and Alessi Allen. Her father Calvin Jim, her sisters Tracy Jim, Tricia (Andrea) Stevens, nephew Kylin Jim and niece Kaylee Jim. As well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be held Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home with graveside services to follow. A traditional feed will follow at the Health and Wellness Center (Colony gym).
