Irma Vasquez Obituary
El Paso - With a great sense of loss, we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Irma M. Vasquez on January 30, 2021. She was called to her heavenly home by her Savior Jesus Christ and was also reunited with her parents, Dora and Miguel Murguia Sr.
We loved and admired her devotion and time spent as a caregiver to many of her family members; she will be greatly missed. She worked at El Paso Orthopedic Specialists for 20 years as a physical therapist assistant/technician. We will continue her legacy by keeping her caring, loving, and strong spirit alive in generations to come. She will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts.
Left to cherish her memory are her high school sweetheart and husband of 48 years, Gilbert Vasquez Jr.; children, Marissa Vasquez and Gilbert M. Vasquez; and her eight grandchildren: Amaris, Eduardo, & Jaime Anchondo, and Dylan, Anna, Noah, Aria, and Gilbert M. Vasquez, Jr.
Visitation: Friday, February 19, 2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with Rosary at 6:00pm at Mt. Carmel Funeral Home. Catholic Funeral Service: Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 9:00am at Mt. Carmel Funeral Home. Interment: Mount Carmel Cemetery.
