Louie was my boss at the State Center and when I met him I thought he looked familiar. I recognized him from Santo Nino church when I used to go there with my grandmother. Then I found out that he graduated from Bowie the same year as my parents so I used to see him at all the Bowie related dances. My husband and I would often see him when we would serve at a mass with the bishop, he with the knights and us with the music ministry. I will forever be grateful to God for having placed him and his wife Carmen in my life. They were a beautiful couple and showed what a marriage is all about. He was an awesome boss and friend. I will miss our long talks and the advise he always had for me but most of all his smile and his neverending faith in God. Rest in peace Louie. I love you and will miss you tremendously. My most sincere condolences to his wife and children and family. May God give you comfort and peace.
