Matthew Pepe Obituary
Matthew Michael Pepe passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 9th. He was 36 years old.
Matt is survived by his wife Claudia, his beautiful daughter Olivia, sister Shannon, mother Sarah and father Joe.
Matt graduated from Cathedral High School and went on to get his Bachelor's degree at The University of Arizona and his MBA from SMU.
He worked at Majestic Realtors and was instrumental in the development of Montecillo Smart Community and TopGolf. Matt was very active in the community and truly loved El Paso. He was past president of El Paso Pro Musica and a board member of The Borderplex Alliance.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14th from 5-9pm at La Paz Faith Memorial & Spiritual Center. 1201 N. Piedras St., El Paso, TX 79930.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 15th at 1:30pm at The Church of St. Clement. 810 N. Campbell, El Paso, TX 79902.

Matthew Michael Pepe falleció inesperadamente el sábado 9 de noviembre del 2019. Tenía 36 años de edad. Matt es sobrevivido por su esposa Claudia, su hermosa hija Olivia, su hermana Shannon, su madre Sarah y su padre Joe. Matt se graduó de Cathedral High School y obtuvo su licenciatura en la Universidad de Arizona y su maestría en administración de empresas de SMU. Trabajó en Majestic Realtors y fue instrumental en el desarrollo de Montecillo Smart Community y TopGolf. Matt era muy activo en la comunidad y realmente amaba a El Paso. Tom and I are heartbroaken and our hearts go out to Sarah and Joe and Claudia. We will all miss him and El Paso will be emptier without him. It was always fun to see him coming. He cared about everyone he knew and did love El Paso and El Pasoans.

Matt always spoke of his beautiful family with such a light of joy in his eyes. I am so very sorry for your loss. We are all heartbroken with you, sweet Sarah, and will always treasure the joyous days we are grateful to have had together with you and Matt and Shannon. Matt was always fun to be with and we have many fond memories from the childhood our families shared. We remember recording Fleetwood Mac videos on VHS tapes for him so long ago, his smiling resignation when forced to be the designated captive audience for little girls who wanted him to watch their plays and dances, his wonderful sense of curiosity and engaging wit. He will be missed by all who knew him, but never forgotten. We send you and Shannon and his precious little family our heartfelt sympathy,
