Stephen Milikien Obituary
Stephen "Steve" Milikien, 76, of Big Spring, died Sunday, March 21, 2021. Graveside service with military honors was at 1:00 PM Friday, March 26, 2021 at Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene.
Steve was born on July 13, 1944 in Anthony. He began a career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at La Tuna in Anthony. He advanced and later retired as a purchasing agent with the Federal Correctional Institution in Big Spring. After his first retirement, he worked as a purchasing agent for the City of Big Spring and retired a second time.
He is survived by his wife: Sandra Milikien of Big Spring; son: Woodrow Milikien; daughters: Melissa Granberry and Jessica Marada Walker; two siblings: Loy Dell Doty of El Paso and Timothy "Tim" Bert Milikien and wife Diana Milikien of El Paso; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents: JL and Hazel Milikien of El Paso; and one sister: Norma L. Milikien of El Paso.

El servicio de entierro con honores militares fue a la 1:00 p.m. del viernes 26 de marzo del 2021 en el cementerio Texas State Veterans Cemetery en Abilene. Steve nació el 13 de julio de 1944 en Anthony. Comenzó una carrera en la Oficina Federal de Prisiones de La Tuna en Anthony. Avanzó y luego se retiró como agente de compras en la Institución Correccional Federal en Big Spring.
