Joyce Ferguson Obituary

Joyce L. Ferguson, 89, Washington, passed away on March 10, 2025.

Joyce, daughter of the late August Quevreaux and Marjorie nee Mckee, was born Feb. 16, 1936, in St. Louis. She received her education from Webster Groves High School. On June 30, 1956, she was united in marriage to Holland ?Duke? Ferguson in St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Shelly Renee Ferguson.

Among her survivors are her husband, Holland ?Duke? Ferguson, Washington; two sons, Scott Ferguson and wife Terry, House Springs and Bradley Ferguson, St. Louis; brother, Richard Quevreaux and wife Linda of Covington, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Megan Stevens and husband Tyler, Jessica Ferguson, Hannah Ferguson, and Cameron Ferguson; three great-grandchidlren, Landon Vaughn, Sloane Stevens, and Lucille Stevens; loved ones and friends.

A visitation was held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, March 14, at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will be in the St. Paul Churchyard in St. Louis. Memorial donations can be made to the charity of choice.

The family is being served by Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
