What was so heartwarming about Butch, was his love for his family. All of us felt something special from Butch. His sweet smile, his wonderful laugh, he genuinely was a person with high standards, principals and values. Butch loved Schulte's Bakery. He and His hard working wife Debbie were a team! There two wonderful daughters Wendy and Bridget were no strangers to helping out at the bakery. So many people who lived in Union worked in the Schulte bakery. The Schulte's gave so much to the town of Union. Butch came from of family who believed in serving others, Butch served his country, his father Albert served Union by being mayor! God bless a wonderful man who was a terrific person. Butch will be truly missed by all of us who knew him. Sincerely Beth schule

Wendy and family-

Though words, however gentle will not take your loss away.
I hope my prayers comfort you today.
I may not know exactly what you are feeling, but I do know what it is to lose a parent.

I had just been thinking about your dad and how I needed to talk with him on my next visit to MO to see if he would share the Chocolate Long John recipe. I had asked him once before and he replied not yet.

Many memories working for your parents in the bakery located in town across from the old city hall.

With deepest sympathy, Tara
