Christine Ann First
Loving Wife & Mother Christine Ann First, 62, of Albion, passed away Friday morning, September 9, 2011 after a lengthy illness. She was born April 26, 1949 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Desmon and Anna Mae (McPartland) Frederick. Christine was a former member of the gardening club. She enjoyed gardening, taking trips to Disney World, and her dogs, but her passion was her flowers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Paul First, whom she married February 18, 1972, and by a daughter, Janet Lucas and her husband, Mark, of Newark, Ohio. Memorial calling hours will be held at the Mattera Funeral Home, 188 East State Street, Albion, on Friday, September 16, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made in honor of Christine to the Susan G.
