Frank J. Jerioski

A Proud Member of the U. S. Marine Corp. Frank J. Jerioski, age 81, passed away Friday October 14, 2011 at his residence in Harborcreek Township. He was born in Erie, February 15, 1930 son of the late Frank J. and Mary Kunick Jerioski, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Fay M. Britton Jerioski, his four Sons: Frank J. Jerioski of Erie, John M. Jerioski of North East, Joseph D. Jerioski of Erie and Donald S. Jerioski of Harborcreek Twp. He is also survived by six Grandchildren, ten Great-Grandchildren, a brother Gerald Jerioski and his wife Patty and Two Sisters Jean Benedict and Rose Britton all of Erie. Frank was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp and a veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Erie City Iron Works/Zurn Industries in 1992 after 35 years service. His great passion was racing pigeons. He was a long time member of the Erie Racing Pigeons Club. Frank was a Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankees Fan. Friends may call at the Mark G. Razanauskas Funeral Home, 701 East Avenue, Erie, Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. where a prayer service will be conducted Monday morning at 9:30 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Church at 10 a.m. Interment Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
