Frank J. Zellis Frank J. Zellis, 86, of Albion died on Sunday, Aug. 5 2007 at Edinboro Manor after a long illness. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. on Oct. 31, 1920 the son of the late Frank and Marie Brockar Zellis. He retired from PENNDOT in 1980 after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Zellis. He is survived by a son, David (Janet) Zellis, two grandchildren, Lee Zellis and Cristina Zellis all of Chapel Hill, N.C. Funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Steff Funeral Home, Albion was in charge of the arrangements.
