Philip Kowalczyk Obituary
Philip was a 1987 graduate of Harbor Creek High School and Erie County Vo-Tech. He was the Chief IT Engineer at WJET Nexstar Broadcasting. He had been employed there for 31 years, since he was 17 years old. Philip loved playing video games and reading books on his Kindle.
In addition to his parents, Philip is survived by his wife, Kelly Shove Kowalczyk; three children, Mitchell Kowalczyk (Nicole), Theodore Kowalczyk, and Caitlin Kowalczyk; one sister, Jessica Bradshaw (Michael); four grandchildren, Jayden, Lucas, Oliver, Rose and one on the way; and one niece, Shelby Bradshaw.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Cassandra; and one brother, Joseph.
Family and friends may call at the Dusckas-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 5151 Buffalo Road (at Hannon Road, in Harborcreek), on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. A private interment will be held.
