To the family of Mr. Cicero, please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. He was one of the sweetest, most loved residents that we ever had the privilege of taking care of at our facility. I only wish that we could have known him longer. He is greatly missed by the staff at the Soldiers' & Sailors' Home.
