Vincent J. Loscalzo

Vincent J. Loscalzo Vincent J. Loscalzo, formerly of Wedgewood Drive, died Thursday, May 15, 2008 at St. Mary’s at Asbury Ridge. He was born in Milton, N.Y. on December 9, 1920, a son of the late Angelo C. and Mary Romanger Loscalzo. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1941 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He spent his entire business career with General Electric Co. in various roles in Schenectady, N.Y., New Haven and Hartford, Conn., Chicago and St. Louis. Vincent retired in 1983. He was active with the GEER group from G.E. and was a past president of the Lake Shore Country Club. He served on the Fairview Township Zoning Board for many years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Marion A. Loscalzo on December 31, 2007. Survivors include his son Michael Loscalzo and his wife Karen of Devon, Pa.; a granddaughter, Kristin Gossell and her husband John of Alexandria, Va.; two grandsons, Steven and Matthew Loscalzo of Devon, Pa.; a great granddaughter Kendell Gossell, and a brother, Joseph Loscalzo of Newburg, N.Y. Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th Street at Powell Avenue, on Sunday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and are invited to a Mass of Christian burial on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, 7100 West Ridge Road, Fairview with Rev.
