LOWER NAZARETH TWP. Donald "Clarky" Clark, 74, of Lower Nazareth Township, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Barbara J. (Newhard) Clark. The couple celebrated 27 years of marriage on June 11th. Born in Wilson Borough, he was a son of the late Corydon W. and Helen R. (Hoadley) Clark. Clarky, as he was affectionately known, was a 1965 graduate of Easton High School. He was employed by the former Ingersoll-Rand Co. in Phillipsburg, NJ, where he was a machinist for more than 25 years, before retiring in 2001. Clarky was a member of many local social clubs, and he was a motorcycle and car enthusiast. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife, Barbara, he will be dearly missed by his son, Donald "Corky" Clark and wife, Kim, of Palmerton; daughters, Robin Fontan and husband, Carlos, of Bangor, and Kelly Duffy and husband, James, of Alaska; stepson, Arden Strickland and wife, Stacey, of Salisbury Township; stepdaughter, Tracy Strickland of Bristol, Connecticut; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, James and Robert Clark. Services: A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 09, 2021, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath, PA 18014. Burial will be private.
