EASTON James S. Poff, 79, of Easton, formerly of Coopersburg, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 in St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson Campus. Born July 11, 1942, in Easton, PA, he was a son of the late Charles S. Poff, Sr. and Evelyn (Knipe) Poff. Jim was a 1960 graduate of Easton High School. He served with the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from the former Mack Printing Company. Jim enjoyed antiquing, flea markets, yard sales and bus trips. Surviving are two brothers, Jack L. Poff and his wife Jackie, of Phillipsburg, NJ, and Charles S. Poff, Jr., of Wilson Borough; a sister, Shirley Kerbaugh, of Palmer Township; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Charles T. Poff, Sr. and Ernest F. Poff, a sister, Charlotte G. Poff and a half brother, Donald Savitz.
