BANGOR Dugan lived longer than he ever expected and had enough of this crappy world on Saturday October 9, 2021. Born in Warren hospital and raised in Oxford, NJ; John should have been a stand up comic because he could tell a story so amusing you would pee in your pants. Alas he was merely a maintenance machinist that could make darn near anything for American National Can Company in Washington, NJ for 30 years. As one of the world's last real man's man he could catch a fish in a parking lot, shoot the gonads off a gnat, beat your behind if you looked at him cross eyed and drink you under the table. He caught more fish, shot more deer, bought & sold more houses, crashed more cars and got married more than mere mortal men. John is predeceased by his parents, John & Dot Dugan, sister Jeanne Timberman Schall and his oldest son Jason Dugan. He is survived by his 4th wife Kandi of 32 years, whom he met during a company sponsored softball tournament; his sister Penny Dugan (Auburn, WA), daughter Alyshea-Apple of his eye-Dugan (Brownstown, In), son from another mother John L Dugan III (Unknown) and step-son Jeremy Schilling (Milford, NJ); 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren so far. John is being cremated and there will be a celebration of life held on opening day of trout season 2022. Please do not send flowers, donations to the Roseto Rod and Gun Club Kids Fishing Tournament would be appreciated.
