Linda J. Roberts, 76, formerly of Easton, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020, in Fellowship Manor. Born February 23, 1944, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Bradwin J. and Marjorie E. (Shaffer) Roberts. She graduated from Easton High School Class of 1965 and received a B.A. degree in sociology from Albright College. Linda retired in 2006 from Third Street Alliance where she worked for 36 years. After retirement, she attended and volunteered at the Southside Senior Center, Easton Senior Center and Easton Area Lifestyle Campus for over 12 years. Linda enjoyed trips to the beach and the Poconos. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Linda was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority since 1971. Surviving are three cousins, Joan Shaffer Gebhardt, Marie Roberts Hanni and Edward Roberts. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday, September 25th in Christ United Methodist Church, 400 W. Berwick Street, Easton, followed by a luncheon in the church social hall. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Easton. So sorry to read a bout Linda's passing.she live two doors up from me on the south side Wilkes Barre street 600 block.knew both her mom and Dad very well.she was a wonderful person.visited her many years ago at the Senior home where Shull Junior High School is located.

Linda, such a beautiful gracious person. She always rose above obstacles that she encountered in life. I admired her strength and her achievements. My condolences to family.

Linda is one lady who I´ve always admired and respected greatly. She was always ready with a beautiful smile and a helping hand in any situation. Her faith was very strong . I will always remember her fondly.

My deepest condolences to the family. I remember, Going to Ywca with the girl scouts and always seeing Linda there. Also in church and her being so involved in different church activities. Linda was a kind, loving woman.

I worked with Her Father Brad at Brandau's GULF while I was in Jr. High. Her Parents loved her very much and were proud of their daughter. RIP dear Lady.
