BANGOR Teresa J. Stolten, 88, of Bangor, PA passed away peacefully Monday, November 29th, at her daughter's residence. She was the widow of Dr. Hans J. Stolten who died in 2010. Born in Easton, PA on May 23, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Ann (Minotti) Fili. A 1951 graduate of Easton High School, she worked as a secretary at General Aniline & Film Corporation in Easton, PA where she met her husband. Later, she was employed in various positions at Orr's Department Store, Easton, PA., until its closure. She was a member of St. Rocco's Roman Catholic Church Martins Creek, PA 18063. The joys of her life were her family, attending daily mass with her friends at St Rocco's, and all her beloved pets. She is survived by daughter, Susan Disidore, of Bangor; sisters, Angela Mazza, Barbara, wife of Carl Miller, and Toni Ann, wife of Doug Johansen, all of Easton, PA; brother, Joseph Fili and his wife Jane, of Slatington, PA; and many nieces, nephews, great- and great-great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Jack Alfano and Richard Fili, and two sisters, Mary Konopka and Marie LaRosa. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at St. Rocco's Roman Catholic Church in Martins Creek, PA with Rev. Father Joseph Kweder officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Saturday at the church. Burial will be held at Church Hill Cemetery Martins Creek, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Rocco's Church, PO Box 421, Martins Creek, PA 18063 or The Children's Home of Easton, 2000 S. 25th St., Easton, PA 18042. The James J. Sue, So sorry to hear about your moms passing. Since meeting your parents a few years back, I can honestly say they were two of the nicest people I've ever met.
