Doris Clements Obituary
December 3, 1924 - January 14, 2025
Doris Edith Graddy Clements left this life on January 14, 2025, after 100 years and 42 days, and is now safely in the arms of her Saviour. She was born December 3, 1924 and spent her early years in Georgetown, GA.
She later operated a small business there entitled "Ducks and Dolls" where she successfully sold handmade objects and collectibles. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Lula Graddy; and siblings, Verdie Graddy Surles and William Graddy. She is survived by her sister, Yvonne Graddy Strickland; her son, Jerry Calvin Clements (Sandra), of Tucker, GA, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her legacy is one of kindness, graciousness, generosity and creativity - a consummate seamstress. Her last four years were spent in the care of Jerry and Sandra Clements. They would like to acknowledge the staff of Meadowbrook Health and Rehab Facility in Tucker and Ennoble Hospice for their excellent care in her final days.
