of Wappapello, Missouri, formerly of Robertsville, Missouri, was born July 4, 1961, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Robert and Janet (nee Wille) Sherrill, and entered into rest, Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 56 years, 2 months and 17 days.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Lesley (nee Hurst) Sherrill of Wappapello, Missouri,
Five (5) children, Jeffrey (Tiffany) Sherrill of High Ridge, Missouri, Michelle Sherrill of Wildwood, Missouri, Brandon (Tristyn McClanahan) Brown of Wappapello, Missouri, Tommi Mangnall of Wappapello, Missouri, and Jessica Mangnall of Wappapello, Missouri,
Three (3) grandchildren, Braydon, Colton and Indiana,
Three (3) siblings, Julie (Ben) Price of Dallas, Texas, Roy Sherrill of Hazelwood, Missouri and Bruce (Stephanie) Sherrill of Cedar Hill, Missouri, Father in law, Jim Hurst of High Ridge, Missouri and mother in law, Dianne (George) Rodenmeyer of Farmington, Missouri,
Sister and brother in laws, Lisa (Dan) Hardesty of Eureka, Missouri and Cindy Hurst of Farmington, Missouri,

Rodney was a member of the Eagles Club of Pacific and Wappapello and the VFW of Wappapello. He enjoyed being with his friends, muscle cars, playing shuffleboard, riding his rhino, and being at the lake. He was known as a caregiver and was a very nurturing person. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri.
