My deepest sympathies to the family of Miss Opal. I had the honor of meeting her at Hanover Hall. She always made me smile. She surely loved those Oreo cookies. May she rest in peace.

After Opal married my brother Freddie, we considered her a sister rather than a sister-in-law. She was only 4 yrs. older than I? And she helped my sisters and I with our homework. She was easy going and got along well with our parents. We missed her after she moved to Pennsylvania. She was a vital part of our family. We will miss her easy going good nature and big heart. I have many fond memories of Opal. Her love of reading, enjoyed times helping with flowers, throwing bite size candy across the room, or just having fun. She lived life to the fullest. She made us laugh! What a blessing to have known her.
