Beverly was probably my sister's (Norma Miller) best friend, which started when they were in grade school. I was Norma's younger sister and probably bratty. In spite of that, Bev was always so good to me. One time she was carrying me around on her shoulders and she stepped on the floor grate to the furnace. She was bare-footed and it must have been pretty painful! She continued to be so nice to me. Not a Christmas went by without a card and a long, loving note from Bev. She was one of a kind and I know how she will be missed by Ken and the family and all who knew her.

So sorry to hear of Mrs Erickson's Passing. She was my 5th grade teacher at George Washington. She made a difference in my life. I remember I was very shy and she picked me for the lead in a play. She took us to see Gone with the Wind. Had some of us over to her house. I will never forget what a wonderful, kind, generous person she was.

Beverly was one heck of a woman. When I retired from CCSD Credit Union I made the statement that I was going to write a book. Every Sunday after that when I saw her at Oakwood. UMC she would say, "When are you going to write that book?" Well, that did it. I wrote my book of poems I had written for deceased loved ones and I took one of them to her. One poem was for Chet Lunner who was a local politician who sat with me twice when my husband had surgeries. He was also her daughter-in-law's father.
She was so appreciative and said it would encourage her to write a book. Rest in Peace to a lovely, kind lady. Shirley Brink.

Beverly was an amazing woman, so full of life and brimming with enthusiasm. It was such a privilege to know her, and each time together with Beverly was a delight. She was a sorority sister with my own mom, and they were such dear friends that it was a blessing to watch their deep kinship.
I know that Beverly is at peace now, singing and gardening with the angels above. I will never forget her beautiful smile and her radiant expressions of joy as she met each new day. May God bless Beverly and all her beloved family.
