Dorthy Eiband Obituary
She was born Jun. 2, 1925 in Rochester, N.Y.
Dorthy was a graduate of Canaseraga School and later married Gail Eiband on Dec. 29, 1946. They were the proud and loving parents of four children, Joan (Ronald) Wright, John (Rexanna) Eiband, Millie (Larry) Tiffin, and James Eiband (With whom she lived with after the death of Gail in 1993).
The family sadly lost John in 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Grace and Harry G. Knights; and her brother, Howard Warner.
Dorthy is survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 1/2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was loved by all.
A memorial service was held March 28 in Loveland, Colo.

I can't believe it's been 5 years since Dorothy left all of us, family and friends. I know she ia missed by all. May you rest in peace, Dorothy

Just read of Dot's passing a few days ago. Didn't have anybodies address, sent an e-mail to Rexanna but never heard anything back. Wanted the rest of the family to know we send our condolences. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To Dorthy's family, I am sorry for your loss, she had a long fruitful life. I am writing because I have a Goldie Marie Knights in my family tree. I suspect she might be in your family tree. Our Goldie Knights parents were George H Knights and Dorothy R Lyons. We are looking for more information on Goldie's family. I have one photo of Goldie and would love to talk to one of her relatives. my phone no. is 585-748-6811. Excuse my inquiry if my Goldie is not in your family. My grandparents were from Canaseraga and George Knights family were from Canaseraga so it looks like a connection. Thank You, Joann
