Roberta O’Toole Obituary
Roberta O'Toole was born February 11, 1934, in Portland, Oregon and died of cancer surrounded by loving family and friends August 18, 2024, in the City of Cypress, California.
Roberta and her husband Pat were married September 3, 1955. Roberta and Pat had two daughters, Erin and Peggy. Peggy passed away in October of 1990. Erin and her husband Brian had two daughters of their own, Frannie and Annie.
Roberta and Pat O'Toole were residents of the City Cypress since 1997. Thet had been active volunteers for many years with, Scouting, Junior Achievement, Seal Beach Planning Commission, Cypress Recreation and Community Services Commission, Cypress Community Festival, West Orange Community Response Team (CERT), Woman's Club of Cypress and Grandparent Autism Network.

Both Pat and Roberta "have been and continue to be "over-the-moon" proud of both their daughters and grand-daughters for the ultimate joy they have provided.
Three of their other combined achievements of which they are particularly proud include: the first, twelve years packing and delivering a "buddy-box" to the bedside of every veteran patient at Long Beach Veterans Administration Hospital at year-end. The second as key members of the Public Relations Team the Cypress Community Festival they were proud attendance rose from 20,000 to 30,000. And third, as members of the West Orange County recruited more than half active West Orange County membership at the time of their retirement.
Roberta defined leading by example, dedicating her life to family, and serving her community. She brought light and love to everyone she met. She leaves behind a legacy that will be felt for years to come.
