Delores Robinson Obituary
Memorial services for Mrs. Robinson will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, September 24, 2011 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial services and cremation are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 841125, Dallas, Texas, 75284-1125.
Mrs. Robinson was born at Woodward, Oklahoma on January 18, 1942 the daughter of Kenneth C. and Juanita L. (Haster) Nelson. She graduated from Dewey High School in 1959 and was married to Gary Cole on October 10, 1958. They made their home at various locations while Mr. Cole served with the U.S. Army and returned to Dewey to make their home in 1977. Gary and Delores had two children, Jeff and Tammy. She was later married to Frank Cameron Robinson and they were married for 14 years until Mr. Robinson's passing on April 17, 2003. She had worked as the Director of the Dewey Adult Center for many years.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by one son, Jeff Cole and his wife, Julie of Bartlesville, one daughter, Tammy Roberson and her husband Bill of Dewey, one sister, Carolyn Hamilton and her husband Larry of Bartlesville, and four grandchildren, Jake Cole, Jacey Cole, Shelby Thompson and Sarah Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Tammy and Jeff, I am so saddened at the loss of your mother. You are all in my prayers as the days ahead are not easy, find comfort in the Lord and remember that you her family was her whole life. She loved you all so much. She was loved by so many, and will be deeply missed.

Your mother laid down the most beautiful gardens while she was on earth when it comes to you and your family. As each of you flowered and provided the world with your warmth, color and radiant beauty. I know as she looks over to the gardens she has left behind there is so much joy and love that her cup runneth over.
Even now she is sewing more seeds that will never be touched by winter and are waiting to share with each of us left here to toil.There she is now in the gardens that are abundantly already blooming waiting to be shared with all of you.
Thank you for all the love that you give as you touch each life in your path.
