Ernest Magee Obituary
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 8, in the Ethel Reece Cemetery. Rev. Raymond Henson will be the officiant. Committal prayers and interment will be directed by the Arnold Moore - Barnsdall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Arnold Moore - Barnsdall Funeral Home.
Ernest Neely Magee was born December 15, 1940 in Barnsdall. He was the son of the late Holt Magee and Mary Katherine (Daniel) Magee. Neel was reared and received his education in the Barnsdall Public Schools and was graduated with the Senior Class of 1959 from the Barnsdall High School. Following high school, he was enlisted in the United States Army and served until receiving his honorable discharge. Neel was a truck driver for the oil and gas industry. Neel was a wonderful dad and grandpa and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors are his two sons, David Holt Magee and James Neil Magee and his wife, Erin Lynn, of Barnsdall; and four grandchildren, Brandon Michael, Trinity Ashley, Katelyn Marie and Cecilia Lee Magee.
