Mark was a great man. He was always cheerful at work, and always had a smile on his face. I enjoyed learning about Mark when we would have off time from work. I was always amazed by how humble he was.
My condolences to his family. He will truly be missed

For Lt. Commander Angela Lefler; I am deeply sorry for your loss. I wish I could have met you at a different time but I am honored to have been able to provide you with the Sailor's Bible at this time. I hope you find strength and comfort in the words. No matter how good the service is, there will always be our personal sacrifices, officer or enlisted, and yet the benefits of our service ultimately outweigh our sacrifices. I saw your father was also a sailor so I would say thank you for your service to him; thank you for your service Angela.
