After High school, Rags married his high school sweetheart & started a family. He was a machine tool salesman & currently working at TMCO as a machinist.
Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald; sister, Shirley; nephews, Troy Liston & Brannon Johnson, he is survived by his daughters, Misty Codey & husband, Monty, Kristy Moore & husband, Chad; sisters, Dorothy Burrow & Beatrice Liston; grandchildren, Marissa & Brooklyn Chancelor, Grayson Codey, Tatum & Kylea Wilmot, Kaylie Moore & Kristin Codey; lifelong best friend, Curtis Delay; niece, Amy Duncan & children; nephews, Tony Liston & Jeremiah Johnson.
Services to celebrate his life will be 10:00 AM Thurs., Feb. 13 2014 at Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, 6934 S. Western Ave. with burial following at 3pm at the Memorial Park Cemetery, in Bartlesville.

I went ti high school and played side by side on offensive line with Randy for many years at Dewey. He always had us laughing and cutting up.Even though I haven't seen Randy in over 30 years I consider him a friend and will always remember the bus rided and his humor. RIP buddy.
