Charlene Fisher Obituary
Charlene was born in Independence, Mo., on Jan. 18, 1930. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Gerald E. "Jerry" Fisher; her granddaughter, Jamie Fisher; her parents, Charles and Jessie Hayes; and her sister, Delores H. Shearer.
She is survived by her three sons, Jerry L. Fisher (Victoria) of Kansas City, Mo., Richard E. Fisher of Glendale, Ariz., and William Kent Fisher (Laura) of Olathe, Kan.; six grandchildren, Jason Richardson, Brian Fisher, Sean Fisher, Derek Fisher, Austin Fisher and John Ink; 13 great-grandchildren; and brother, William Hayes of Independence, Mo.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 29, with the funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, 816-252-7900. Private interment at Floral Hills.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to be made to Crossroads Hospice of Independence, Mo.
