Laurinburg— Dr. Rodger Wayne Decker, 93, passed January 27, 2020. Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Midway Presbyterian Church with visitation following.

We're so sad to just be learning of his passing. Though it's been many years since we were neighbors, we recall our years in Laurinburg with great fondness. Rodger and Ginnie Decker greatly contributed to our happy memories ~

Roger and Ginnie were dear friends of my parents and ours as well. They babysat me as a child and I have loved them ever since. I remember his keen sense of humor and commitment to his Lord. Remember, he is now where we long to be. Celebrate his life. Follow his example. Love Mike and and Debbie Humphrey.
