William Sharpnack Obituary

FAYETTEVILLE - William Henry Sharpnack Jr., 68, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, March 19, 2012, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. Sharpnack was a retired master sergeant, who served in the U.S. Air Force for 23 years. He was a Vietnam veteran. Mr. Sharpnack was survived by his son, William Sharpnack III of Fayetteville; two brothers, Gary Sharpnack and wife Darlene of Masontown, Pa., and Robert Sharpnack and wife Linda of Cincinnati; and a sister, Sharon Waskco and husband Mike of Masontown, Pa. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, Friday, March 23, 2012, at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service & Crematory in Fayetteville. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Raeford Road with military honors.
