Antonio Rodriguez Obituary
Antonio "Tony" "Tito" Rodriguez, age 54, of Ripon, WI, passed away early Saturday morning, October 5, 2013, at his home surrounded by family.
Tony was born September 17, 1959, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Antonio and Josefina (Esparza) Rodriguez Jr. He attended school in Milwaukee. On July 7, 2010, Tony was united in marriage to Cindy Kay Butler, in Ripon. Tony worked in manufacturing and was a line worker at Alliance Laundry Systems for 27 years. He was a member of Union Local 1327, a past member of Holy Family Catholic Community Parish in Fond du Lac, a current member of First Congregational Church of Ripon, United Church of Christ. Tony loved to watch the Green Bay Packers, and Milwaukee Brewers; in his youth, he was an altar boy; he enjoyed reading Religious books; he loved to travel and work outside; and he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Cindy Kay Rodriguez, Ripon, WI; his mother, Josefina Rodriguez Gutierrez, Elgin, TX; his son, Antonio (Jillian) Rodriguez, Fond du Lac, WI; his daughter, Rebeca (Alex) Fiebig, Fond du Lac, WI; step-daughter, Maggie Raddatz, Ripon, WI; step-son, Mitchell Raddatz, Ripon, WI; sister, Debra Ann Mott, Milwaukee, WI; sister Nancy Rodriguez, Bronx, NY; brother, Michael Joseph Rodriguez, Elgin, TX; brother, Roland Ernest Gomez, Elgin, TX; sister, Rebecca Valentina Ramirez, Elgin, TX; grandchildren, Addison Lee, Kayden and Bailey Fiebig and Autumn, Acelynn and Scarlett Rodriguez; his other set of parents, David and LaVonne Butler; his dog Mason; and other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation for Tony Rodriguez will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, from 2:00-6:00 pm at First Congregational Church of Ripon, United Church of Christ, 220 Ransom Street, Ripon, WI 54971.
Funeral Service for Tony Rodriguez will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at 6:00 pm at First Congregational Church of Ripon, United Church of Christ. Reverend Joanna D'Agostino will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to UW-Madison Cancer Research Foundation, U.S. Bank Lockbox, Box 78807, Milwaukee, WI 53278.
