Fairwater - Dianne D. Bliefnick, age 80, of Fairwater, WI, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Markesan Resident Home in Markesan, WI.

Dianne was born in Milwaukee, WI on May 31, 1938, the daughter of Dr. Gilbert and Evelyn (Brock) Klostermann. They lived in Kennan, WI prior to moving to Fairwater in 1941. Dianne attended the Fairwater grade school and Brandon High School, graduating in 1956. Four children were born during her first marriage: Lynn, Carrie, Dan and Barbara. On September 9, 1966, Dianne married Ronald Bliefnick. He had two sons; Stuart and Russell, and they blended the two families into one. Ronald was a member of the United States Air Force and they lived in Niagara Falls, N.Y., San Antonio, TX, and Izmir, Turkey before coming back to settle in Fairwater in May of 1973. Dianne was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, the Fairwater Historical Society where she served on the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2004. She was also a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association Auxillary.

Dianne is survived by three daughters, Lynn Williams, Carrie (Jim) Boelter, and Barbara (Richard) Heck; two sons, Dan (Connie) Wellhouse and Stuart Bliefnick; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Arlene (Al) Mantes; and her devoted companion, "Sassy." Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Gilbert and Evelyn Klostermann; her beloved husband, Ronald; and her son, Russell.

A private family memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater, WI, with Reverend Bob Rosenberg officiating. Inurnment will take place at Fairwater Cemetery. Memorials in Dianne's name may be directed to the Green Lake Animal Shelter, N6217 Busse Drive, Green Lake, WI, 54941.
