Linda Emanuel Obituary
Linda "Linny" A. Emanuel, died April 5, 2017 after a short, brave battle with cancer. She was a respected, industrious, business woman, owning and operating Fox Jewelers, for many years. Most recently, Linny was a branch manager for Marine Credit Union, in Muscatine, Iowa. She was a natural born leader and enjoyed simple things like a beautiful sunset, good music, the escapades of her cats and the fun trips she took with her friends.
Linda's most treasured times were spent with her family. Those family members, who will forever hold her in their hearts, are sister, Evelyn (Anthony) Mangiaracina; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Anthony (Debbie), Laura (Michael) Havens, Michael (Nicole); great nieces and nephews, Nicole, Samantha, Anthony, Gianna, Angelica, Gabriella, Charlie, Eleanor, Phillip and William; sister, Debbie (William) Lavrenz; nephews, Joseph, Jason (Nikki Vetos), James and Jeremy, and great nephew, Tristan; brother, Ron (Terri) Emanuel; nieces and nephews, Katie, Josh, Carol, (Kristie) Jones, Mary (John) Dalzell, Joseph (Emily) Jones; great nieces and nephews, Hailey, Emily, Cloe, Cohen and Maggy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Edith Emanuel and a sister, Sue.
Linny was a woman of strength, spirit and substance. She made each of us feel like we were her most cherished favorite. It is a gift she leaves each of us.
Linda Emanuel's life will be celebrated on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home in Fond du Lac. The visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a prayer remembrance to follow. The family is very grateful for all the support, thoughts and prayers, from all those who shared our love for Linny.

Linda was a very kind and generous person, that always put others ahead of herself. She loved her family with all her heart and had many great friends too. One of my fondest memories was the day she came to pick up Sammy and Tyra, two rescue kittens. She wasn't completely sure she was ready for a kitten, but ended up taking both kittens so they wouldn't be lonely. She was the best cat mom they could have ever asked for. Her "girls" got her through a lot of hard times and were one of her greatest joys that she always looked forward to spending time with. Linda was a very supportive and special person to my family anda dear friend that we will miss very much.
