Loren Larry Mundt, "Red", 68, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, June 1st, 2025.
Loren grew up tough on the Mundt family farm in North Dakota. He helped his parents farm cattle and plant crops. He enjoyed farming the family land with his Case 730 tractors and finishing the day fishing at Mundt Lake. On June 18th, 1977, he was united in marriage to Rita Olson at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lisbon, North Dakota. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish with his family. Loren loved the Upper Peninsula, the Green Bay Packers and Elvis. "Red's" presence was always felt as soon as he entered a room.
He is survived by his three sons, Joshua (Jennifer), Justin (Jessica), Shane; and his brother, Randy (Cecelia) Mundt. Loren was preceded in death by his parents: Norman and Lorraine; his beloved wife, Rita; and sister, Lynette Hamar.
He will be remembered as a strong man, loving husband and devoted father.

Red had a huge personality and could light up any room he walked into. He was extremely warm and friendly and is leaving behind lasting memories to all who came in contact with him. He smiled and laughed alot, and loved to be helpful in many areas.
