SHIRLEY -- Constance M. (Lanteigne) Landry, 73, of 1 Mosland Drive, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, in the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, S.C., after a brief illness.
She was born in Shirley on May 13, 1931, the daughter of Eloi and Alice (Cartier) Lanteigne and was a lifelong resident of Shirley. She was a graduate of Ayer High School.
For many years, Mrs. Landry worked with her husband at the former Landry Brother’s Garage in Shirley. She had also worked at the George Frost Suspender Co. in Shirley.
She was a member of St. Anthony’s Church and a former member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Mrs. Landry is survived by her husband of 51 years, A. Joseph Landry; a son and daughter-in-law, Steven M. and Diane Landry of Bel Air, Md.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon M. and Marty Mosbrucker of Shirley and Sandra M. and Michael Snow of Little River, S.C.; two brothers, Leon Lanteigne of Fitchburg and Henry Lanteigne of St. Augustine, Fla.; four sisters, Alice Therriault and Rosella Stewart, both of Lunenburg, Phyllis McMillan of Avon, Conn., and Annette Henry of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
LANDRY -- On Jan. 18, Constance M. (Lanteigne) Landry, 73, of Shirley. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 22, at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, 14 Phoenix St., Shirley. Calling hours are today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the T.J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road, (Route 2A) Ayer. Please see www.andersonfuneral.com for additional information.
