Dave was a good person! He passed away and left a legacy of goodness! In my many years at the college/university, I had many positive working experiences with him. In the years closest to my retirement he was the guy that helped me with many difficult technology times. Always patient. He strengthened my IT knowledge every time a McKay Classroom system went off-line. He came from “good” people – I also knew his Mom. She was the post mistress for many years. He shared many fine qualities that he learned from her. He was a great listener with time for all members of the campus community. Rest in Peace.

David was a gentle and kind soul. He was readily available to assist me anytime I needed the help. He would always stop by my desk and chat with me whenever he was in my area -- I will never forget his "Hi Carolyn" Rest in peace David.

One of the kindest men I have ever met. Everything he did, he did from his heart. One would be hard-pressed to meet a man with more integrity than Dave. I will never forget the many kindnesses he showed me over the years.

Dave was a gem! Kind, thoughtful, a great sense of humor. Dedicated family man, City Councilor, FATV board member. I have so many great memories of Dave announcing FHS football and basketball games. In the early years of FATV sports Dave would be at home and away games and I would use his WEIM broadcast with FATV video. Dave loved his family dearly and spoke of his wife, daughters and grandchildren with so much love. He always had a picture to show or a talk about new milestones the grandkids reached. Dave was a joy to work with, be with and he will be in the hearts of those who new him forever!
Our condolences and love go out to Sherry, Kaitlin, Courtney and Kimberly. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Dave was a good and decent man. We will miss his love, sincerity and kindness!
