LEOMINSTER: Gloria R. (Cordio) Puddicombe, 83, of Leominster, formerly of Fitchburg, died Monday, January 16, 2023 at Health Alliance- Leominster Hospital.

Gloria was born in Fitchburg, March 20, 1939, the daughter of Joseph and Bella (Belliveau) Cordio and was a graduate of St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School, Class of 1957. For several years Gloria worked as an administrative assistant at Digital Equipment Corporation in Littleton, retiring in 2004.

She enjoyed reading, working on jigsaw puzzles, painting, bird watching and playing solitaire on her cell phone. Her husband of thirty-seven years George R. Puddicombe died in June 2013. She was also predeceased by her first husband, Philip L. Nourie. She leaves three sons, Kevin Nourie and his wife, Judy of Leominster, Brian Nourie and his wife, Diane, of Chelmsford, Steven Nourie and his fiancée, Sharon Zanni with whom she resided in Leominster; her stepson, William Puddicombe of Londonderry, NH; her stepdaughter, Jill Gendron and her husband, Michael of Derry, NH; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Berry, Eric Gendron, Daniel Gendron, William Puddicombe, Timothy Zwicker, Amanda Nourie, Samantha Nourie; four great grandchildren, Isabelle Townsend, Riley Zwicker, Richard Berry, Charles Berry as well as several cousins and friends. . She also leaves her dear canine friend, Fletcher. She was excited about welcoming her fifth great grandchild this year.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2023 at the Isabelle & Anderson Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg. Interment will be at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon.

Gloria's family will receive relatives and friends at a calling hour 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2023 at the Isabelle & Anderson Funeral Home.
