On behalf of my wife Betty and myself, we wish to extend our heartfelt sympathies to Joan, sons Tommy, Danny and wife and to Laurie's many brothers and sisters during this very sorrowful and difficult time in their lives. I had the honor of serving as best man when Laurie and Joan were married 47 years ago and always considered him to be a loyal and close friend, whose warm, caring and compassionate nature will leave a deep void in the lives of all those who were privileged to know him.
