Mariane R. Conley Girouard

Mariane R. Conley Girouard of Fitchburg, former city cabinet co. worker FITCHBURG Mariane R. (Simbari) Conley Girouard, of Fitchburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 12, 2008, at the Golden Living Center in Fitchburg, following a lengthy illness. She was born in Utica, NY, daughter of Gaetano and Domenica (Demme) Simbari. She was raised in Utica, and attended school there. She worked for many years at the former Angel Cabinet Co. of Fitchburg, as an assembler. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Roger J. Girouard; a son, Frank Conley and his wife, Diane of Leominster; a stepson, Roger Girouard and his wife, Patricia of Rome, NY; a stepdaughter, Mary Meseck and her husband, Brian of Champlain, NY; five grandchildren, Jason Conley and his wife, Natalie of Fitchburg, Matthew Conley and his wife, Jennifer of Chapel Hill, NC, Jodi Forgues and her husband, Todd of Fitchburg, Amy Conley and Beth Conley, both of Fitchburg; two step-grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three brothers, John, Carmen and Samuel Simbari; three sisters, Patricia Stone, Ann Cekosh, and Josephine Smart. She was predeceased by her first husband, George Conley died in 1966, five brothers, Guy, Bernard, Frank, Tony and Joseph Simbari, and two sisters, Lucy Dannes and Eleanor Wells. CONLEY GIROUARD A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Fitchburg. At Mariane's request, there will be calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Cecilia's Restoration Fund, 170 Mechanic St., Leominster, MA 01453. The Silas F.
