Mark Neuhaus Obituary
Mark Edward Neuhaus, 67 of Fitchburg a good, caring and generous brother has left us and gone to Heaven on February 5th while on vacation in Texas. He lived many years in Fitchburg, moving to California in 1987 and then to Washington before moving back to Fitchburg in 2004 to take care of his dad.
Mark was born February 1, 1956 in Hartford Ct son of Rev Edward and Catherine (Hanson) Neuhaus. Mark was a graduate of Fitchburg High School, class of 1974. He had been a pressman for several newspapers starting out at the Sentinel and Enterprise and then working for the Telegram and Gazette, The San Francisco Chronicle, Seattle Times and the Wall Street Journal. He had also been a Personal Care Giver. He was an avid Sportsman, the best in the area, spending time as a youth referee and umpire.
Mark leaves his son, Steven P. LaFreniere of Lunenburg, one brother Daniel Neuhaus of Gardner, one sister Lisbeth Neuhaus of Fitchburg and his sister in law Theresa Neuhaus.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11am in the Lavery, Chartrand, Alario Funeral Home 99 Summer St Fitchburg. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. A calling hour will be held Thursday from 10 until 11am in the funeral home. Stephen Moorcroft is assisting with arrangements.

took good care of my friend's Mom & Dad and he also was a great caretaker to his own Dad. He was such a nice person to all. R. I. P.

I met mark many years ago when I played church hockey and he was my coach very wonderful man great friend to me also my condolences to his family he will be missed
