Mr and Mrs Florine I am sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. He had such an infectious smile and was always so upbeat. I will miss seeing him at the golf shows as we met while I was in the golf business in Florida. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

To the Florine Family...I was so sorry to hear about Bruce. My son Dave graduated with him in 1977, and I remember him as being a very friendly,pleasant young man. I worked at Hamady's at the time, & I remember all of the Florine Family as being a special kind of family. You all have my thoughts & prayers.

Dear Bob, Shirley and Family,
The last time I saw Bruce was at my Father's funeral August 15,2011. Bruce came over and gave me a big hug and a kiss. I will never forget that. Also I will remember all the wonderful Christmas Eve's my family spent at the Florine's house after church. We always enjoyed Bruce's stories and his laugh. Keeping the Florine family in my prayers. Bruce was a wonderful caring man. We had some fun wonderful times with him and were so lucky to have known him. He truly knew how to enjoy life and always made us laugh. It is with great sadness to hear about the recent news of Bruce. He was a great leader during my time at Momentum, and I enjoyed catching up with him several times in the years afterwards. He was a person to emulate not only for his energy and insightfulness, but also for how he treated people with respect and sincerity. I can't begin to express how saddened I was to hear of Bruce's untimely call to heaven. Although I have only faint memories of our time together at St.Paul (mostly from Lee Ann talking about him all the time) I will always remember how engaging he was when I would run into him at various St.Paul functions. He would always make a point of asking about me and my family. I don't pretend to understand why things like this happen. It is only our faith in God that gives us the strength to go on. I will be praying diligently for you and you loved ones to draw strength from your faith and find peace.

I only smile when I think of Bruce and his wacky sense of humor, amazing energy, bazillion ideas and his zest for life. I've had the pleasure of knowing Bruce for 3 years but in those 3 years we have some awesome memories, dancing and laughing at my wedding, to Bruce and Madison stopping by for a cupcake(s), late nights working, wine and cheese brainstorming to our latest lunch a couple of weeks ago(after countless reschedules, thank god we squeezed it in) when we talked about all the great things in your life and those that were yet to come. I will miss you and your sense of humor but I will never forget and smile when I think of you.

I remember working with Bruce at the PGA of America many years ago, I think we were both still in our 20's. He and Andy O'Brien were always making me smile. Bruce would be driving down PGA Blvd. in a jeep and all of a sudden you would here this " yehaw ... hey Steph". I'm sure that Bruce is making people smile in heaven. Peter and I knew Bruce for over 20 years from the PGA of America days, and he and Peter had recently re-connected to partner in promoting "Magnificent Moments" for the Ryder Cup. To all of Bruce's family: he gave everything in his being to DO his best WITH the best. We are truly shocked and numb over Bruce's death...please accept our deepest sympathy.
