Brazilian soccer star Pele once stated, "Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do." This is how Bob Kemp lived his life. Bob (Coach Bob, Papa Kemp, Coach Kemp) died peacefully on July 14, 2016 under the care of Hospice. He is survived by his wife Vicki, his sons Greg and Drew, his granddaughters Victoria and Susanna, his dog Petunia, his brother Ronnie, and his extended family. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at the Kemp residence on July 21, 2016 from 6-8pm. Family and friends are invited to bring their favorite appetizer to share. In lieu of flowers, please donate a soccer ball to a player in need.

WARM THOUGHTS SENT TO VICKI & FAMILY --
It is hard to believe Bob has been gone 3 years. Such happy and vivid memories surface of this special man and how he affected my life and the rest of those who worked with him at Harris and through his soccer endeavors. We shared many joys over credit-department victories, always with humor, always knowing we were appreciated by this talented and kind man -- who made us all want to do our best work for him. His soccer field-finesse, and his vision for Brevard County children through BYSA, will long be admired. I am glad to have been a part of it all ... and ultimately, my husband Jamie & I were honored to call Bob & Vicki our friends. Bob will be remembered, always. SALLY CLARK

We appreciated so much the time and sacrifice Bob gave to our son, Michael, during youth soccer '90s. Also, his great custom service at Indialantic Mobil. Sorry we didn't learn of his struggle and passing on sooner. David , Ann, & Michael Teague

Dear Vicki,
I am so sorry for your loss. Bobby is an amazing individual. I loved him and loved talking to him about you, his sons, grandchildren. I knew he was special when he told me about your love for poinsettias..and that he always was looking for one to buy you. He adored you and his family. I pray the wonderful life the two of you had together will give you a warmth when he think of him....and not sadness. Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do for you or your children. Bob was one of the nicest and best-humoured persons on this planet, and I have met many hundreds! I will miss knowing that his smiling eyes no longer walk the earth, but take comfort in that his spirit lives forever. Sincerely, Dawn Clark Taggblom

Dear Vicki - Jamie, Dawn & I send our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Bob was so special -- a good man and a great boss. How privileged I was to write the BYSA Bylaws with him! We cannot attend the Remembrance at your home, but please know we'll be there in thought. We share in your loss. I will call you soon ...

Coach Kemp always had a smile on his face... On the soccer fields and at work. I will always remember him for his kind heart and all that he gave to the soccer community. I was lucky to have called him Coach. God bless his family and friends
