Brian was a good friend with a zest for life and a sense of adventure that was intoxicating. He had a passion for wildlife and loved the outdoors. He was a renaissance man who was both cerebral and athletic. Brian was a talented guitarist as well as an outstanding photographer. He was sociable, yet introspective. Brian loved to have fun, but had a spiritual side that centered him. He was both competitive and gracious. He was one of the most dedicated and attentive fathers I have ever known. He loved a lot of things in life, but none more so than his family. Brian's soul is in heaven, but his spirit lives on in the soulful music he composed and performed; in the magnificent images that he captured in photos; in the wildlife and habitat that he enjoyed and protected; and in all the lives he touched. But most of all, Brian lives on in Lisa's loving heart; in Laif's hearty laugh; in Maya's beaming smile; and in Jada's gleaming eyes.

Brian has left the world, the land, and the creatures that inhabit the woods and water in a kinder place due to his love for life and the values that he held high in his heart. We thank Brian for his many contributions and for touching our lives along the way with a big smile and a warm heart.
