Carolyn Sue Karpman departed this world on Dec 26, 2015 at Wm. Childs Hospice Palm Bay. Carolyn was born on March 28,1936, Brooklyn, N.Y. She spent her career as a critical care R.N. in hospitals in N.Y, N.J, Ma, and Fl. and was a long-time resident of Palm Bay and Micco, Fl, retiring from nursing to care for her ailing mother Hyla.

She was preceded in death by her father Morris and her mother Hyla Karpman (Penn). She is survived by her brother Lawrence, sister-in-law Norma Karpman of Bedford, Tx, nephew Steven of Bellevue, Wa, niece Michelle of Houston,Tx, great nephew Nathaniel and great niece Mimi McHugh and pets Trixie, Sandy, Ashley.

Carolyn enjoyed traveling, dining, plays and shows. She belonged to several women's groups and to Brevard Team Works. She enjoyed being with and helping people.

Interment will be private. Memorial donations to ASPCA please. Friends, family, neighbors, organizations to which Carolyn belonged are invited to celebrate her life at a luncheon at Rooney's Restaurant, 2641 Palm Bay Rd, Palm Bay on Sat, Jan. 23,2016 from 1 until 3:30. Arrangements by Ammen Funeral Care, Melb.

Larry, Norma and family,

So sorry for your loss.
Things are not the same without our dear friend Carolyn. The "babies" miss her so much and we all are very sad without her. We can feel her presence with us every day, though.
