June, Sandy, Daryl and Wendy,
I was so sad to hear that Daryl lost his fight. I know the last year was a tough one for all of you and wish it had ended with a victory. As you know he was an incredibly brave person, but in addition to that he was a nice guy and a gentleman in every phase of his life. All my memories of Daryl start with his grin/smile and happy disposition, they will stay with me always. Please know that I am thinking of you all, and send my love to each of you.
With love,
Kathy

I'm sorry for your loss. Mr. Jacobs was a genuine family man who shared many valuable life lessons with all of us during our youth. I will always cherish the memories I have of Mr. Jacobs as a mentor to me and father of a good friend of mine. My deepest sympathy goes to Ms. Jacobs, Daryl and the family.

Dear June and family, I have many memories of Daryl,from growing up and playing sports together,late nights at the old bowling alley playing pinball machines with friends and my dad,bunco parties. (I still have that ice bucket that Daryl wanted to win so badly)Playing golf with Daryl was always an adventure but a great time. I feel like a part of me passed on with him,hopefully someday we can all be reunited in a better place.

To Daryl's family;
It was a true pleasure knowing Daryl. When I was in the citrus business, Daryl always had the answers for my questions. I first met Daryl and June thru my wife (Gay Evans) and always held him in high regard. He was a fine man personally and professionally and will be deeply missed by all who were blessed by knowing him. If Gay and I can be of assistance in this time of loss, do not hesitate to call.
Daryl, rest in pease and keep smiling.

Dear June and family, We know your memories will go with you for a lifetime. Daryl left so many! Billy remembers high school days with Daryl. We served on boards and spent many days in the bleachers together watching our boys play ball. We will cherish those memories. He was one of the most gentle and remarkable men we've ever known. May God Bless you and your family with a peace that passeth all understanding. You are in our prayers.
