Faye Keller Obituary
San Jose, CA
Our beautiful, loving, and artistic daughter went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 in San Jose, CA, after enduring an extended and painful bout with cancer. She was born on December 20, 1963 at Patrick Air Force Base, FL.
She is survived by her parents, Stanley and Eileen Dorcas Keller; four aunts; five uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Faye graduated from Merritt Island High School in 1981. She went on to Florida State University in Tallahassee and transferred to the University of South Florida in Tampa, graduating there in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree with Honors.
She joined the U.S. Army Reserves as a Lieutenant. Later, she was employed by the State of Florida as a social worker. Because of her love for flying, she became a Flight Attendant for some 20 years. She moved to California in 1994 and remained there until her recent passing.
Faye will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Merritt Island Presbyterian Church, on Cone Road, Merritt Island at 2pm Saturday June 7, 2014.
It is suggested that in lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate a donation to Cancer Research.

She was known in Florida as Ludjmilla, the first queen of Trimaris, a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism. She was very creative and had a good head on her shoulders. She helped set the groundwork for what many of us have achieved. She is very loved thoughout the Kingdom.

I am so saddened to find this. I met Faye in 1988 my first year of college where we bonded over anchovy gumbys pizza and Chambord. I remember her little brown Toyota and endless nights staying up helping her pull fire watch RA duties in gamma hall. But most of all, I will remember her kind accepting and loving heart paired with that smile. P.s. I still can't see highlander or drink Drambuie without thinking of you. -Greg Allan fung

I learned of Faye's passing recently. I remember flying with her one month out of SFO. We had a lot of fun flight attendant discussions on the jumpseat on our way around the country, and I was always happy to bump into her at our SFO domicile. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed by many.

Dear Stan and Darcas, we wish to extend our deepest sympathy and love. I pray our heavenly Father gives you that peace that passes all under standing.. Faye lived a fun rich life as a child and on into her adult years..Her accomplishment are outstanding so much to be very proud of..As time passes it gets a little easier but you never will ever feel the same... Hi Stan and Dorcas,,So sorry for your loss. I remember Faye as a little girl at PAFB. The picture of her as an adult is a beautiful woman. You can be very proud of such a great daughter. Faye was in my Humanities class Senior Year with Mrs Davis. She had a quiet strength about her and was a very talented young woman. I remember one day in class she showed up in her ballerina ensemble and proceeded to demonstrate one of her techniques by standing on your toes for several minutes. It hurt just to watch but her grace and charm and poise was something I never forgot about her. Time has passed so quickly it seems and yet when special people like Faye leave us far too soon, it reinforces just how precious of a gift time really is to us. God Bless Faye and her family.

Faye was a good person. She was always full of dreams and she was always capable to meet her dreams and handle any challenge she set her heart on. I can't believe so much time has passed since we were kids running around on Aunt Dorcas's lawn. I will always remember her and I will miss her dearly.
