I was just thinking of my old friend and decided to google her name to find out where she was these days. The results I found hurt my heart, I cannot forgive myself for letting changes in our lives separate our friendship. I used to practically live at her house when we were stationed in Colorado. My kids called her Aunt Kathy and the girls used to babysit for me. To the girls, I hope all is well and I miss and love you both so much. To my friend, I miss you so and am sorry for losing touch. You will always be in my heart.

I was deeply sadden to hear of Kathy's passing. Kathy, was cherished by all who were fortunate to have known her. She will be greatly missed and aways remembered because she gave so many gifts to people's lives. Of most importance, Kathy gave to others before thinking of herself.
